• Business and configuration data: Shop names, domains, schedules, services, staff details, and settings you configure through the platform.
• Customer booking data: Appointment details, contact information, and related records created when end customers book with a business using FreshBooked.
• Payment information: Transaction metadata processed through payment partners such as Square. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, logs, and usage data generated when you interact with the Service.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Authenticate platform administrators and send login codes by email
• Enable online booking, scheduling, notifications, and payments
• Support businesses in managing their accounts and storefronts
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve the Service

• Comply with legal obligations

We may share information with:

• Service providers: Vendors that help us host, email, process payments, manage domains, and operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, and payment processors).

We do not sell personal information.

End customers seeking to exercise rights related to a booking should contact the business they booked with, though we may assist where appropriate.

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
